Ingredients
- 1tsp Garlic Powder shopping list
- 1tsp ground Ginger shopping list
- 1tsp ground cloves shopping list
- ½tsp grated Nutmeg shopping list
- 1tsp Ground Mace shopping list
- 1½tbsp ground Cumin shopping list
- 2tbsp ground Coriander shopping list
- 1tsp ground Fenugreek shopping list
- 1tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1tsp freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1tsp ground brown cardamom seeds shopping list
- 2tsp Red Food colouring shopping list
How to make it
- Without roasting any, mix all the ingredients together and push through a fine sieve;
- Store in an airtight container
