Laurie's Fried Rice

- 3 cups cooked white rice shopping list
- 3 tbs sesame oil shopping list
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed) shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 1tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Make rice per package directions. Let it come to room temp or for best results chill overnight, then bring to room temp.
- On medium high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet or wok.
- Add the peas, carrots, onion and garlic. Stir fry until tender.
- Lower the heat to medium low and push the mixture off to one side, then pour the eggs on the other side of skillet and stir fry until scrambled.
- Add the rice and soy sauce and blend all together well.
- Stir fry until thoroughly heated.
