Italian Sausage Burgers

                    - 1 tsp smoked salt shopping list
- 1 tbs garlic granulates shopping list
- 1/2 tbs pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds shopping list
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper, or to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1/2 tsp oregano shopping list
- 2 1/2 pounds ground pork shopping list
- Red wine, optional shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all seasonings and stir well.
- Add meat to a large bowl and add seasonings.
- Using your hands, mix the meat and seasonings until well combined.
- Add wine or water if mixture becomes hard to combine, a little at a time.
- Divide the meat mixture into 5-7 equal portions and form into a patty.
- Place the patties on the baking sheet and place in freezer for 30 mins.
- Grill on oiled grill, med. heat, for approx. 8 mins per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165.
