How to make it

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine all seasonings and stir well.
  • Add meat to a large bowl and add seasonings.
  • Using your hands, mix the meat and seasonings until well combined.
  • Add wine or water if mixture becomes hard to combine, a little at a time.
  • Divide the meat mixture into 5-7 equal portions and form into a patty.
  • Place the patties on the baking sheet and place in freezer for 30 mins.
  • Grill on oiled grill, med. heat, for approx. 8 mins per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165.
  • Enjoy
