Roasted Potatoes Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook potatoes in boiling, salted water until just tender, 10-12 mins.
  • In a 13x9 inch baking dish combine paprika, salt, pepper and turkey drippings.
  • Add potatoes and toss to coat.
  • Bake for 40 mins at 325, turning occasionally.
  • Increase oven temperature to 425 and cook until golden, 10-15 mins, turning occasionally.
