- 4 Avocados shopping list
- 3 Ripe Roma Tomatoes Or 4 Vine shopping list
- 3 cloves Garlic Diced Fine shopping list
- 1/2 Spanish Onion Diced Fine shopping list
- 1 Lime Juice + The Zest shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh cilantro Finley Chopped shopping list
- Salt And Fresh Ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Scored the top of the tomatoes with a sharp knife.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and season it well with salt. cover it and bring it back to a boil.
- Put the tomatoes in boil them until the skins split then remove and let cool.
- Take the minced garlic, onion and cilantro and combine in a bowl.
- Take the tomatoes and remove the skin and dice.
- Remove the skins and pits from the avocados and dice them.
- With a potato masher mash or similar mash the avocados and tomatoes.
- Combine with the diced garlic, onions and cilantro. Mix well add the lime juice and zest taste adjust with salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve or if you refrigerate put a layer of saran wrap pressed against the full surface of the guacamole to help stop oxidation.
