So Easy Ice Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup fudge ice cream topping, warmed

1 tub(8 oz.) Cool whip, thawed, divided

1 package(4-serving size) jell-o chocolate flavor instant pudding pie filling

8 oreo cookies

12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches

Directions

Pourthe fudge topping in a medium bowl.

Stir in 1 cup of the cool whip with a wire whisk untilit is well blended.

Add in dry pudding mix; stir 2min. or until well blended. The consistency of fudge toppingcan vary depending on what brand you buy. If the fudge if too thickstir in 1/4 cup milk.

Chop oreo cookies roughly into chunks.Stir into pudding mixture.

Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches side by side on a 24x12 inch piece of foil.top with half pudding mixture.

Repeat the layers. Until all 12 sandwiches are used.

Frost the top and sides with cool whip.

Bring up the foil sides. Doulbe fold top and ends to loosely seal packet.

Freeze for at least four hours.
