So easy ice cream cake

Got this recipe from Kraft. I made it for my son's fourth birthday and it was a huge hit. So easy to makeyou just have to be fast.My husband helped on this one.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fudge ice cream topping, warmed shopping list
- 1 tub(8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed, divided shopping list
- 1 package(4-serving size) jell-o chocolate flavor instant pudding pie filling shopping list
- 8 Oreo cookies shopping list
- 12 vanilla ice cream sandwiches shopping list
How to make it
- Pourthe fudge topping in a medium bowl.
- Stir in 1 cup of the cool whip with a wire whisk untilit is well blended.
- Add in dry pudding mix; stir 2min. or until well blended. The consistency of fudge toppingcan vary depending on what brand you buy. If the fudge if too thickstir in 1/4 cup milk.
- Chop oreo cookies roughly into chunks.Stir into pudding mixture.
- Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches side by side on a 24x12 inch piece of foil.top with half pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layers. Until all 12 sandwiches are used.
- Frost the top and sides with cool whip.
- Bring up the foil sides. Doulbe fold top and ends to loosely seal packet.
- Freeze for at least four hours.
- Enjoy!
