Deviled Eggs Pennsylvania Dutch Style

- 12 large or extra large hard boiled eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard (regular yellow) shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 3/4 tsp vinegar shopping list
- Dash of salt shopping list
- Dash of pepper shopping list
- Paprika for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Peel hard boiled eggs.
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and put into food processor bowl. Set whites aside.
- Add remaining ingredients except for the paprika.
- Process until everything is blended together.
- Stuff or pipe mixture into egg white halves.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Best if served at room temp.
- You can add lots of other things to this. I have also sprinkled the tops with fresh cut chives, sliced olives, sliced jalapenos for a little kick.
