How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2. Measure dry ingredients into a large bowl, or large food processor bowl, and cut or pulse (in food processor) cold butter into the flour mixture until it resembles fine crumbs.
  • 3. Pour into 13 X 9 baking dish. Using the back of a measuring cup press cookie mixture into pan smoothing top.
  • 4. Bake at for 50 minutes. Let cool enough to cut into cookies.
