Scalloped Potatoes

                    - 1 1/2 cups skim milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 T margarine shopping list
- 1 1/2 T flour 1/2 med. onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 extra large potato or 2 med., cut very thin shopping list
- 1/2 t parsley shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- bacon, optional shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Melt margarine in sauce pan add flour and whisk until blended. Cook until slightly brown.
- Slowly add mild to margarine and flour mixture and simmer until it thickens.The sauce will thicken while it cooks.
- Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Turn burner to simmer.
- Put a thin layer of sauce in casserole dish, top with potatoes, onion. Repeat until you use it all.
- Place in o350 oven, covered for one hour. Uncover last 20 minutes to brown.
- ****Your baking dish should be will greased.
