Garlic Crabs

- 12 Blue Claw Crabs De shelled Cleaned and split shopping list
- 1 Head of garlic minced shopping list
- 1 stalk of celery diced shopping list
- 2 Tbsp old bay seasoning shopping list
- 1 Bottle dark beer shopping list
- A dash of Red Pepper Flakes shopping list
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- Salt and fresh Ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 Cup chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Saute the celery until softened on medium heat in oil add the the garlic do not allow the garlic to brown look for golden. Add black and red peppers and the old bay.
- Add the beer and when it comes to boil. Add crabs and cover for about 10 minutes or until all crabs are cooked.
- When the crabs are done put the crabs into a large serving and poor the broth on top garnish with the parsley and serve.
