Tuna Steaks With Caramelize Onion In A Balsamic Reduction.

                    - 2 Tuna Steaks shopping list
 - Sea Salt shopping list
 - Fresh Ground black pepper shopping list
 - All Purpose Flour For Dredging shopping list
 - Unsalted butter shopping list
 - Extra virgin Olive Oil shopping list
 - 1 Large Onion Sliced Thin shopping list
 - 2 Garlic cloves Sliced Thin shopping list
 - 1 Cup White balsamic vinegar shopping list
 - 1 Tsp Fresh Lemon Thyme + for Garnish shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Dry the tuna and season with salt and pepper.
 - Dredge the seasoned tuna in flour add rub the flour in.
 - In a heavy skillet on high heat add equal amounts oil and butter to lightly cover the bottom.
 - When hot sear each steak in the center of the skillet individually for 1 to max 2 minutes per side. You will probably need more oils for the second steak. When seared set aside for later.
 - Caramelize the onion in the skillet when the onion is caramelized add the garlic.
 - After about two minutes and the garlic begins to soften add the vinegar and stir occasionally until the vinegar clings to the back of a spoon.
 - Add the thyme i tbsp butter and mix well check for additional seasoning. Return both steaks to the skillet and cook about 1 minute each side.
 - Remove immediately dress with the onions, vinegar reduction, garnish with thyme and serve.
