- 1/2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/4 medium white onion, diced shopping list
- 1/4 bell pepper, diced shopping list
- 1 14oz can diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 tsp brown sugar (coconut sugar) shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1 tsp oregano shopping list
- 1 tsp basil shopping list
- salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil over medium, saute onions until translucent.
- Add garlic, saute until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper, saute until soft.
- Stir in tomatoes and spices, let simmer for 2 hours.
- Crack eggs into skillet and cover for 9-12 minutes, or until eggs are cooked as runny or firm as you like them.
