No-bake Cheesecake

Easy to make, no-bake cheesecake. Pictured with stewed plums on top.
Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup honey shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
Filling
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 2/3 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 pint (2 cups) heavy whipping cream, whipped shopping list
How to make it
Crust
- Melt honey and butter
- Add graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon and mix well
- Press into bottom of one large springform pan, or multiple smaller containers
Filling
- Cream the cream cheese until smooth
- Add vanilla and source cream and mix well
- Stir in sugar
- In separate bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form
- Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture
- Spoon over crust
- Chill until set
