Cranberry Pineapple Relish

- 1 cup Cranberries, fresh or frozen (I like Fresh) shopping list
- 2 cups diced fresh pineapple (keep juices so you can add it if you want more liquid) shopping list
- ½ medium fresh jalapeno, seeded and diced (I used two slices of jarred jalapenos) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In processor, pulse berries 2 or 3 times, until they are coarse chopped. Add pineapple and pulse until finely chopped. Mix with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate ½ hour or up to 24 hours.
