How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350*F(180 C)
  • Place chickpeas in food processor and process until crumbly
  • add apricots,tahini,oil, lemon juice,rosemary, garlic and salt
  • blend until mixture is moist and comes together
  • roll in 1 inch(2.5cm) balls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet
  • Bake for 12 minutes
  • In serving bowl stir together yogurt, lemon zest and smoked paprika
  • To serve, insert toothpicks into hummus balls and serve along side yogurt dip.
  • For those who can't have dairy, replace the plain yogurt with lactose free vanilla yogurt.
