How to make it

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • 2 Bring stock, milk and 2 c water to a boil.
  • 3 Reduce the heat and stir in the cornmeal. Cover and cook on low heat, stirring often, until it thickens and all liquid is absorbed, about 10-15 min. Stir in the butter and seasonings.
  • 4 Pour the polenta into a baking dish and sprinkle the top with Parmesan. Bake for 30 min.
