How to make it

  • Separate top and bottom of buns
  • press with hands to flatten them
  • Combine eggs, vanilla and sugar
  • whisk egg mixture together
  • Heat some oil in skillet to medium high
  • dip buns, both sides in egg mixture
  • fry as you would french toast
  • Note: you may need to use more eggs as needed to use up more buns to fry
