How to make it

  • Generously season turkey with granulated garlic, italian seasoning, and seasoned salt. Place in roasting pan and cover with cabbage leaves. Tightly cover pan with foil. Time and temperature will depend o the size of your turkey. In general, after 2 hours, uncover and discard cabbage. Beat egg and orange juice and brush on turkey. Baste with pan drippings. Conine cooking until thermometer I turkey pops up.
