How to make it

  • Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and crushed bananas. Combine well.
  • Sift together flour and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in walnuts. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. Probably won't stay around long - but keeps about a week.
