How to make it

  • Place 12 silicone cupcake liners into cupcake pans.
  • Put 1 tsp unrefined coconut oil into each cupcake liner, and rub it around to oil the liner well.
  • Slice a banana into 12 pieces, and put a chunk into each cupcake liner.

  • Dump 1/2 can pumpkin into a bowl (preferably one that's easy to pour out of).
  • Stir in 3 packets of unflavored gelatin.
  • Bring water to a boil, and carefully pour 1 cup boiling water into pumpkin mixture. Stir well.

  • Carefully pour pumpkin mixture over each chunk of banana in your oiled cupcake liners.

  • Freeze for 1 hour, and carefully remove treats from cupcake liners and place in large ziplock bag. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
