How to make it

  • In a large pot of salted water, boil the pasta until al dente. Drain, and run under cold water to cool.
  • Mix together the cooled pasta, pepperoni sausage, salami, Asiago cheese, black olives, peppers and tomatoes. Add in the dressing mix then cover, and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • To make the dressing, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper. Right before serving, add the dressing onto the salad, and mix thoroughly.
