How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400*.
  • Mix together all dry ingredients.
  • Mix together honey and vinegar.
  • Lay chicken thighs out flat in a casserole dish. I sprayed mine with no-stick spray. Spread dry ingredients into both sides of each chicken piece. Bake 10 minutes. Flip chicken over and baste each piece in the honey and vinegar mix. Bake another 10 minutes. At this time brush remaining glaze on each chicken piece, after flipping them over again, and move oven to Broil setting. Broil the chicken just until the tops start to look browned.
