Yo Twill. Decided to get down off my high horse and quit acting like I know everything. Tried your fried rice with bacon. Good. Better than the way I was doing it. My new “go to” fried rice with bacon. Thanks mate.

Do a variation on this a couple times a month. The rice is cooked in the skillet. I'll post that on Food Talk. This looks delicious but think I'll stay with my method.
