Rapini

- 1 pound Rapini shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and drain the Rapini.
- Steam about 5 minutes, until barley tender
- Then heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry for several minutes
- Drain, sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve hot.
- This is a vegetable we ate growing up, i sometimes add garlic to the oil.
- Rapini is hard to find out here, but every once in a while i'll be lucky and find it, but not often enough.
- The edible parts are the leaves, buds and stems.
- They somewhat resemble Broccoli, but do not form a large head.
