How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 F. (220 C).
  • 2. Place cod in a baking pan and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • 3. In a bowl, mix parsley, lemon peel, breadcrumbs, walnuts salt and pepper. Add butter and stir until combined.
  • 4. Spread about 2 Tbs. of walnut topping onto one side of the fish filets.
  • 5. Bake 15 minutes or until cod flakes with a fork and crumbs are golden.
  • I like this with a baked or boiled potato with a dab of sour cream and lightly sautéed zucchini squash See Photo. Chewy Italian bread and a Pouilly Fume are a must.
