Broccoli Florets With Chilli And Crispy Garlic

- 4tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- 450g/1lb broccoli - cut into bite size florets shopping list
- 3 cloves Garlic - thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 fresh Red Chilli - deseeded to taste for preferred heat and finely sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Boil some lightly salted water in a large pot, add the florets and cook for some 3 to 4 minutes or so until softish but still with some bite;
- Sprinkle the garlic over the oil in a small frying pan and heat gently together until the garlic starts to sizzle and turn golden;
- Remove from the heat and add the chilli;
- Drain the vegetables, pour over the chilli garlic mixture, combine together and serve.
