Sugar-Free Flourless Oatmeal Cookies

- 1 1/4 cups of Whole Grain Oatmeal shopping list
- 1 banana shopping list
- 1/4 of an apple, peeled shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon shopping list
- 2 tbsp of almonds (or nuts of your choice) shopping list
- Stevia to taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Combine the whole wheat oatmeal, almonds and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- 2. Mix with a spoon until these ingredients are completely combined.
- 3. Chop the banana and the apple and combine them with the dry ingredients.
- 4. Put all the ingredients in the food processor until well combined.
- 5. Put cooking spray on a baking sheet and form the cookies with a small scoop.
- 6. Heat the oven to 350 and bake for 13 minutes.
