How to make it

  • 1. Cook onions in a bit of olive oil in your soup pot until soft. Add the minced garlic the last minute or so.
  • 2. Add all the remaining ingredients except the cream cheese and simmer until well heated and the macaroni is done.
  • 3. About 15 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese and stir in until dissolved. Serve.
