Chili Molasses Sweet Potatoe Wedges

Found this recipe in a Crosby's Molasses hand out. For those that like molasses and peppers.
Ingredients
- 4 medium sweet potatoes cut into wedges shopping list
- For the coating: shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp. Crosby's Molasses shopping list
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. of salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp.dried chipotle peppers(or more if you like heat shopping list
How to make it
- Combine coating ingredients and toss with the sweet potatoe wedges
- You might have to use your hands to coat the wedges evenly
- Spread in a single layer on parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake at 400F for 20-30 minutes,turning at least once
- serve hot sprinkled with a bit of salt.
- Every once in a while our grocery store has recipes on products on sale.
- Crosby's Molasses was one. That is where i found this recipe and knowing that some of you like Molasses thought i would share.
