How to make it

  • Cover a bottom of a round cake form,with baking paper.
  • Mince the biscuits,with chilled melted butter,lay in a tray,ans,set aside.
  • Squeeze the lime.
  • Heat the oven.
  • Mix in a bowl,cream cheese,sour cream,lime juice,eggs,vanilla sugar.
  • Lay this mix on a tray,and,bake,till is nice and brown.
  • When is ready,take out from the form,and,chill.
  • Wash and cut in thin slices limes,and,garnish,with them,the cake.
  • If you like,pour above,some jelly from the package.
