Deer Steaks, Mashed Tater With Lake O' Butter

- 2 packs butterfly cut deer steak (4 pieces per pack) shopping list
- Mrs. Dash (I prefer lime flavored) shopping list
- butter shopping list
- Everyday grill seasoning shopping list
- Pepper (optional) shopping list
- ~Mashed tater with a lake o' butter~ shopping list
- 1 bag russet potatoes (depending on how many people you have) shopping list
- 3 sticks butter shopping list
- 1 pack cream cheese (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Place 1 Tbs butter in heated pan
- When butter melts and sizzles place meat in pan
- Then season the top side of the steak then flip when desired repeat on the other side
- Place a SMALL chunk of butter on steak
- ~Mashed tater with a lake o' butter~
- Peal potatoes
- Then, cut the potatoes into junks
- Place potatoes in a pot then pour boiling water over top (make sure the potatoes are well covered with the water)
- When you can easily pierce the potatoes drain the water and move pot back to stove
- Add cream cheese and 1 of the 3 sticks of butter
- Then melt and mash
- Place the rest of the butter in a pan and melt
- Make a bowl of mashed tater and add the melted butter
- ENJOY!!
