How to make it

  • Place 1 Tbs butter in heated pan
  • When butter melts and sizzles place meat in pan
  • Then season the top side of the steak then flip when desired repeat on the other side
  • Place a SMALL chunk of butter on steak
  • ~Mashed tater with a lake o' butter~
  • Peal potatoes
  • Then, cut the potatoes into junks
  • Place potatoes in a pot then pour boiling water over top (make sure the potatoes are well covered with the water)
  • When you can easily pierce the potatoes drain the water and move pot back to stove
  • Add cream cheese and 1 of the 3 sticks of butter
  • Then melt and mash
  • Place the rest of the butter in a pan and melt
  • Make a bowl of mashed tater and add the melted butter
  • ENJOY!!
