Fresh Garden Vegetables And Herbs With Bowtie Pasta

- 1 pound bowtie pasta shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 c extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 c diced green pepper shopping list
- 1/2 c diced red pepper shopping list
- 1/2 c broccoli florets shopping list
- 1/2 c diced summer squash shopping list
- 1/2 c diced zucchini shopping list
- 1 c diced onion shopping list
- 1 c diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar shopping list
- Salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bowtie pasta until al dente per package instructions. In a large skillet, saute garlic in olive oil.
- Add all vegetables except tomatoes; saute until tender yet firm.
- Add tomatoes and fresh herbs.
- Remove vegetables from skillet and place atop a bed of pasta.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
