How to make it

  • Put the rice on to cook (follow instructions on the pack)
  • I always use the absorption method
  • Blend all the other ingredients to make a sweet cashew milk
  • When rice is overcooked, i.e. rice pudding consistency
  • Pour in sweetened vanilla cashew milk
  • It is good to add it while rice is still very warm
  • Let sit for 10 minutes for flavours to mingle
  • Serve
