Sweet Potato Cake

Today was the first time I made this cake it was a trail and error.. except it turned out that is was no mistakes ... OMG... my family and friends that was here for lunch loved my dessert. Ingredients
- 1 can of sweet potato pie filling ( this is like Lucky Leaf pie fillings/ but this one was by Bruces)'['p[ shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 box of yellow cake mix shopping list
- 2/3 cup of evaporated milk shopping list
- 1cup of brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cup of butter shopping list
- 1 cinnamon bun frosting shopping list
- **** Optional : 1/2 cup of coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup of Pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Beat in Mixer : eggs vanilla brown sugar milk butter and after about a minute add your sweet potato and your cake mix ... beat in mixer for about
- 5 minutes...
- pre heat oven on 375 ... I used a bundt pan ... i used floured spray and sprayed my bundt pan.. then i poured the cake mixture ... into my bundt pan... and placed in oven letting it bake for about 45 minutes...
- check your cake to make sure you don't burn it...
- let cool then turn it upside down on to a glass plate / or cake plate.
- then i used a cinnamon bun frosting ... i melted it in microwave and then poured on top of my cake...
- ****I did add and it's optional : coconut about 1/2 cup and I also chopped up pecans about 1/2 cup and added to cake mixture...
