Ingredients

  • • One length of good, stuffed sausage per person. Sweet Italian, Kielbasa, Bratwurst, Kabanosy, Portuguese, etc. If you’re feeding more than one person, do a combo. shopping list
  • • A bit of olive oil for painting. Add a few drops of pepper infused oil if you like. shopping list
  • • Salt and FG pepper to taste. shopping list
  • • Some bamboo skewers. shopping list

How to make it

  • 1. Soak the skewers in water.
  • 2. Heat up the BBQ.
  • 3. Cut the sausage into bite sized chunks.
  • 4. Put the sausage pieces on the skewers and paint with the olive oil.
  • 5. Sprinkle with salt and FG pepper.
  • 6. Cook to desired doneness.
  • 7. Serve while still hot.
  • Sure, you could just nuke the sausage in the micro but where’s the fun in that? Okay, you can add other stuff to the skewers if you like.
