Sausage Skewers

- • One length of good, stuffed sausage per person. Sweet Italian, Kielbasa, Bratwurst, Kabanosy, Portuguese, etc. If you’re feeding more than one person, do a combo. shopping list
- • A bit of olive oil for painting. Add a few drops of pepper infused oil if you like. shopping list
- • Salt and FG pepper to taste. shopping list
- • Some bamboo skewers. shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Soak the skewers in water.
- 2. Heat up the BBQ.
- 3. Cut the sausage into bite sized chunks.
- 4. Put the sausage pieces on the skewers and paint with the olive oil.
- 5. Sprinkle with salt and FG pepper.
- 6. Cook to desired doneness.
- 7. Serve while still hot.
- Sure, you could just nuke the sausage in the micro but where’s the fun in that? Okay, you can add other stuff to the skewers if you like.
