How to make it

  • 1 Mince the garlic and fry in hot oil until just beginning to color, no more than 1 min.
  • 2 Roughly chop the olives, anchovies and capers. Add all ingredients to the garlic and oil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 min.
  • 3 Dilute the sauce with 1 c of pasta water, and season to taste. Toss with cooked spaghetti until well-coated.

    Great. Very similar to the recipe I have. Only the Italians would name a pasta sauce after whores.
