    Sweet! I love cackle berries.... I add a bit of salt and pepper and fry in uber amounts of butter.

    Excellent recipe for my paleo diet! I make this all the time now! The only changes I made to this recipe were: (i) to use 12 eggs for 6 servings (instead of 2 as per the recipe); (ii) to add fat to the pan for frying (I used lard); and (iii) to sprinkle with seasoning (I used Creole seasoning). Thanks for this awesome heirloom gem! This recipe is a keeper for sure! :)
