Carne Asada Marinade

From Allrecipes http://allrecipes.com/recipe/186691/lisas-favorite-carne-asada-marinade/ Shortcut Marinade - 3/4 C EVOO, 2 TBL Lemon Juice, 2 cloves garlic chopped, salt and pepper The only thing that should be on your finished tacos (on warm corn tortillas) are the steak, diced onions and cilantro.
Ingredients
- 3/4 C Orange Juice shopping list
- 1/2 C Lemon Juice shopping list
- 1/3 C Lime Juice shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 C Soy Sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp finely chopped canned chipotle pepper shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1/2 C Olive Oil shopping list
- 3 lbs Flank Steak shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil into a bowl.
- Slowly whisk in olive oil until marinade is well combined.
- Set aside a cup of marinade to add to finished product.
- Marinate flank steak overnight
