Carrot Cake Energy Balls

- 1 cup rolled oats shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots shopping list
- 1/4 cup raisins shopping list
- 1/4 chopped almonds shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 tsp cloves shopping list
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/3 cup almond butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup raw honey (or 100% maple syrup) shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, mix together oats, shredded carrots, almonds, raisins, and cinnamon.
- Add almond butter and honey and mix together thoroughly.
- Place mixture in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Shape into one-inch bites.
