This is an easy marinade that produces steaks with a kick. Served with grilled vegetables and carmelized onions and potatoes it is a hearty meal for any occassion.

Ingredients
  • 2-12 ounce T-bone steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 small onion, diced

Directions
  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except steak, and whisk well.
  2. Place steaks in a large zip-loc bag, use 2 bags if necessary, and then place on plate or in glass dish. Pour marinade over steaks.
  3. Marinate overnight.
  4. Grill or broil until desired doneness.
  5. Serve with carmelized onions, potato of your choice, and grilled vegetables.
