How to make it

  • 1.Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • 2.Prepare 12 standard muffin cups or 6 jumbo muffin cups by lining with muffin papers or coating with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  • 3.Place all ingredients in blender or food processor; cover. Blend until smooth.
  • 4.Divide batter equally amongst muffin cups.
  • 5.Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 7.Cool completely and enjoy!

    These are a very chocolaty chocolate muffin for those that love chocolate. They are very easy to put together and are very moist.
    You can not tell that chickpeas are in this recipe. I got 6 semi large muffins not 12. Looking at the mixture i knew that if i put it in a 12 muffin pan that they would be very small.These for me have to much of a chocolate taste.

    Chickpeas! Chickpeas! LOLOLOL. I would never have guessed that ingredient. That's hilarious. I LOVE it! They look super yummy.
