Big Bob Gibson’s White Bbq Sauce Recipe

The sauce tastes best on Chicken and Pork but can be eaten on almost anything. Try it on Potato Chips. Delicious!
Ingredients
- Big Bob Gibson’s White BBQ Sauce Recipe shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Directions
- 1.Throw all the ingredients in bowl and mix well.
- 2.Cook the meat with a nice spicy rub but DO NOT put the White Sauce on until the meat is done cooking. Heating the sauce will cause it to separate. If you are using whole pieces of chicken, beef or pork, take the pieces off of the grill and dip (yes, Dip!) them in the bowl of sauce. If you are having pulled pork (like in our photo up above), chopped chicken or shredded beef, liberally squirt or drizzle the sauce over the meat.
- 3.Serve immediately.
