Smokey Sweet Potato Mash Recipe

How to make it

  • Put the potato into a microwave bowl, season with salt and pepper, add 2tsp water and cover with clingfilm;
  • Cook in microwave on full power for some 8 to 10 minutes or so until potatoes just cooked through;
  • Remove the clingfilm, add the paprika and paste, check seasoning and mash everything together to a smooth mash.
