- Sassy Meatballs shopping list
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef shopping list
- 1/3 pound itlian sausage or pork sausage shopping list
- 1 small onion, diced fine or 1 package onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 small green pepper, diced fine (optional) shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley, optional shopping list
- 1 small can tomato paste, tomato sauce or 1/2 cup tomato juice or V8 juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs or 6 pieces bread (When using bread, tear into pieces), to your liking shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke or worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 package crackers, crushed shopping list
- 1 or 2 eggs shopping list
- oil of your choice for frying shopping list
How to make it
- 1.In a big enough bowl mix the ten ingredients together.Mix well.Form the meat into walnut size ball.
- 2.Heat the oil until it's very hot in a large frying pan.Fry the meatballs for 5 to 7 minutes or to a golden brown.Drain well on paper towels.
- 3.Serve with barbecue sauce or any thing you desire.
- As long you don't want to fry the meatballs.Could put into the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Could also put them in a crock pot for 7 to 8 hours.
