How to make it

  • Boil peas and potatoes.
  • Mash potatoes with lumps, add boiled peas, onions, ginger garlic paste, Cilantro, Garam masala, Chaat masala, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix well
  • Make small patties out of it and keep aside.
  • Mix chickpea flour with water to make thin batter .
  • Spread bread crumbs on a large tray.
  • Dip each patties in the batter and roll it over bread crumbs evenly.
  • Add 1tsp oil on each section of Ebelskiver pan and fry these patties till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with sauce
