How to make it
- Place frozen corn in Crock-pot / Slow Cooker.
- Chop up butter sticks and cream cheese so it melts faster.
- Cook meat(s).
- Save back a few pieces of crisp meats to sprinkle around the edges of the top just before serving.
- Mix all of the above together, in a crock pot on medium, until it is almost to the consistence you want it to be.
- Turn crock pot to warm.
- Serve when ready.

- NOTES FROM ERMA:
- Red and yellow bell peppers are essentially just green peppers that have been allowed to ripen. Red peppers are fully ripened, and they require more time to grow, resulting in their sweeter, fruitier flavor and higher price sticker.
- Red peppers pack the most nutrition, because they've been on the vine longest.

- MORE NOTES FROM ERMA:
- Bacon: saving grease, for later cooking
- Any other veggies I find in fridge that U want to add at the time!
- The original recipe I started with had more butter and milk (I used goats milk) in it. It was way to much so I have cut it down a bit. I had to cook it on high for several hours to try and get it down enough to move it in the car. My thought is that I can always add more liquid, its really hard to get it out.

- Hope it is as colorful as I would like.
