How to make it

  • Slice the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds
  • Cut each half into 1/2 inch thick slices that will be shaped like half moons
  • Coat slices with remaining ingredients your favorite way (I used a ziploc bag and the shake it up method)
  • Grill over medium coals 5 min each side or until fully tender.
