How to make it

  • 1) Season roast with salt and pepper on all sides.
  • 2) Place roast in crock pot, add onions, boullion, brown sugar and vinegar.
  • 3) Cover tightly and cook on low for 5-6 hours on high, turning occasionally
  • 4) Put 1/2 c of sauce from crock pot into a bowl and mix in 2T flour until smooth.
  • 5) Return sauce/flour mixture to crockpot and also add crumbled ginger snaps. Stir until thickened.
  • 6) Slice meat and spoon sauce over slices.
  • 7) optional- serve with noodles.
