How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix mustard, honey, Agave nectar and sriracha; reserving 4 to 5 tablespoons.
  • Lay chicken thighs in a single layer in greased 8x12” baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Pour remaining mustard mixture over chicken.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with reserved sauce drizzled over chicken.

    Dec 13/16 What a fantastic recipe. Fast and easy to pull together. Perfect for dinner after a busy day. The only change I had to do was use a little corn syrup as I forgot the agave syrup but I used half the amount. Turned out great. Will be making again.
