Semi's Honey Mustard Chicken

- 8 Boneless skinless chicken thighs shopping list
- 6 tablespoons Dijon mustard or whole grain mustard shopping list
- 3 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of Agave nectar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon plus 1/8 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix mustard, honey, Agave nectar and sriracha; reserving 4 to 5 tablespoons.
- Lay chicken thighs in a single layer in greased 8x12” baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Pour remaining mustard mixture over chicken.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with reserved sauce drizzled over chicken.
