Po' Boy Chicken Parmesan

- Spaghetti (1 medium package) shopping list
- 1 Large Jug (3 qt size?) Of Spaghetti sauce any flavor (I use Prego) shopping list
- 2 Tblsp Italian Seasoning shopping list
- 2 Tblsp Garlic Powder shopping list
- 1 Package Frozen Tyson breaded Tenderloins (Fully Cooked) shopping list
- 4 cups shredded cheese Italian style shopping list
- 1/2 Lb block Parmesan cheese grated shopping list
- 1 tsp basil shopping list
- 1 tsp Salt shopping list
- 3 Tblsp Olive oil shopping list
How to make it
Chicken
- Take 6 to 8 Pieces of Breaded Fully cooked Chicken Tenderloins and Deep Fry (bake if preferred will add extra time) according to package directions.
- Drain excess Grease from chicken
Sauce
- Pour entire contents of sauce in a large skillet 18-20"
- Add Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, stir well and cover on low heat, stirring occasionally for 15 min.
Noodles
- In a deep saucepan, boil noodles in water, basil and olive oil until soft, remove from heat, drain and put on plates, set aside
Final Preparation
- Once sauce has started to boil, lower to simmer and submerge Chicken in sauce arranging so all pieces will fit and are fully covered. Cover pan and simmer for 5 - 8 min. Turn off heat, uncover and quickly spread Italian cheese over the entire pan completely covering the sauce, then spread grated Parmesan on top, re-cover and allow chase to melt. When ready, use a spatula or larget spoon an place chicken, cheese and sauce on top of spaghetti and serve.
